Valeri's Family Tax After being at Small Business Associates for 22yrs, I have started my own tax office Dec. 2013.
21 I do all personal and small business taxes.

I do not do any corporate returns. Dec. 2013 I went out on my own, after working for SBA for 22 yrs. I have made room in the house for my office. I have a locked drop box in the driveway for those of my clients that drop off. My daughter Leah will be working with me like she has for the last 5 years. Please give her a call to get a appt.

Until January 20th of 2027 our office will be by appointment only. We do not have regular hours. If you need something call and leave a message on our phone 513-422-3661. Leah comes over usually on Wed. weekly to retrieve them and take care of them. Thanks again for a fantastic tax season.

Today is the last Sat. of the season. Remember to pick up your taxes, even if you have already paid us. Cities have to be sent in by Wed. We are only open 9-12 today.

For our clients: If you have all the papers that you need to prepare your taxes. Run them out and bring them in during hours. If we are closed, like after Sat. at noon, put them in the locked drop box. We will work them up while we are all snowed in. Remember to have your phone number on them and write if your bank is the same for deposit. Stay safe this week.

Our office will be open with regular hours starting January 20th. Call to get your appointment at 513-422-3661. The IRS will be ready for e-file on Jan. 26th. We can have them ready to go if you bring them in before the 26th. Monday-Friday 9-5 and Sat. 9-12 Closed on Sunday. We are getting ready for our 13th tax season at VFT.

Our Internet line has been cut at the road. That is why we don’t have phones or Internet at the office. It is getting fixed right now. Hopefully up and running by the end of the day. All private messages can’t be read till I am connected. I don’t have that on my phone. I only want it on my desk top. Dead line is in 10 days, we will have all returns complete and efiled in time. I was out of town on a cruise for over a week. So I wasn’t here to get it done quicker.

Our phone has been out for a couple of days now. They are installing Alta fiber or something like it on our road. So it must have messed up our Internet. It should be up and running by Monday. Luckily I did complete all my clients that needs extentions filled. Or I have them in house to complete.

We are now open by appt. only. Leah comes and checks phone messages on Wed. mainly. So if you are dropping your tax papers off in the drop box, call and let us know. If you have a question or need a copy of your taxes that you have misplaced. Call us and leave a message. thank you

Here we are at another last of the tax season. We are open Monday and Tues. from 9-5 and that is it! So come out and pick up your returns. You have to get your cities mailed in by Tues. Thank you for another great year. Leah and I are more than blessed to have such great clients.

IRS has finally set the date for e-filing in 2025. First day to e-file is Monday Jan. 27. Our first day open 9-5 is Monday Jan. 20. If you come out before Monday the 20th put your paper work in the locked drop box at the driveway/sign. Make sure that you have a good phone number on your papers. Thank you!

You only have a few more days to get your last estimates paid to the IRS. We don't want to pay them any more than we have to. They are sending out interest and penalties on anything that you owe more than $1,000. Unless you have 100% of 2023 tax paid in.

We are all gearing up for tax season. If you need 1099 -NEC prepared, please have your info to me by January 25th.
