Tax Tip
For the 2025 tax year (filed in 2026), the maximum Earned Income
Tax Credit (EITC) amounts are:
•No qualifying children: up to $649
•1 qualifying child: up to $4,328
•2 qualifying children: up to $7,152
•3 or more qualifying children: up to $8,046
Eligibility for the EITC depends on your adjusted gross income
(AGI), filing status, and the number of qualifying children you have.
Also, for 2025, your investment income must be $11,950 or less to
qualify.
