We’re excited to announce the promotion of Will Hollingsworth to Assurance Manager at Lohman Company.
Will has been with the firm for over 5 years, growing into a trusted leader within the assurance team and someone both clients and colleagues rely on.
Originally from Minnesota, Will made the move to Arizona in 2020, trading Minnesota winters for Arizona hikes. Since then, he’s built his career at Lohman, grounded in a strong foundation in accounting and finance and a steady, client-first approach.
What drew Will to Lohman early on was the “balance of a close-knit culture where he wouldn’t feel like just another number”, paired with the firm’s reputation as a leading CPA firm in the Valley with deep expertise and professionalism. That combination made it an ideal place to begin his public accounting career and continue growing as a professional.
Ask Will what a day in public accounting looks like, and he’ll tell you it’s “enjoyable, challenging, and always keeps me on my toes.” It’s that mindset that makes him such a great fit for the fast-moving nature of the work and the people around him.
Outside of the office, you’ll usually find him outdoors, traveling, hiking, or planning his next trip. From hiking through the fjords of Montenegro to exploring Greece, he makes the most of his time outside. And when he’s not on a trail, he’s likely reading, with The Lord of the Rings at the top of his list.
When asked to finish the sentence, “At Lohman, we actually…”
Will kept it simple: “Care.”
And it shows.
