One of the highlights was hearing from April Rinne, bestselling author, global futurist, and change navigator. Her message focused on something many businesses are experiencing firsthand: uncertainty.

Two quotes that stood out:

Scaling New Heights 2026 by Woodard Company is living up to its name! 😎

After arriving in Orlando and diving into a few days of sessions, conversations, and networking, one thing is clear:

Partner spotlight: Craig Lohman

Craig and his wife recently joined a summer golf league together while she learns the game, which means Craig is currently balancing two very important skills...Running a CPA firm and pretending not to coach every swing.

Somewhere between client meetings, tax planning conversations, and leadership responsibilities, there’s now also tee times, scorecards, and probably at least one discussion each week that starts with: “Don’t overthink it.”

At Lohman Company, we believe great advisors are real people first. The best work happens when the right people are in the right environment, one that values both professional growth and work-life balance.
