• Accurate Cost Analysis for each Project/Job

• Manage petty cash account

• Create and manage an expense and travel reimbursement system

Monthly Summary of Accounts:
• Enter all Credit Card Charges
• Reconcile and balance Checking, Savings and Credit Card Accounts
• Enter Monthly Transactions
• Analyze and Provide General Ledger and Trial Balance Reports
• Generate Invoices to Customers

Yearly Summary of Accounts:
• Preparation of Year-End Reports (Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, General Ledger) for your Accountant to prepare Corporate Tax Returns

Small Business Startup:
• Set up QuickBooks File and Chart of Accounts
• Bookkeeping Training through QuickBooks

Qualifications:
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel & Word
• Long time user of QuickBooks Pro for the PC
• Responsible and able to multi-task
• Able to work under pressure
• Possess strong analytical skills
