We're excited to announce the launch of our new brand, "Steady Ground Fiduciary".

Our commitment to the people who seek our advice has always included:

1. Do the right thing, whether we get paid or not.
2. Do the right thing, whether someone is watching or not.

This brand is inspired by that commitment.

We are proud to say we have a "Super Bowl" level winning team behind this brand. We can't do this job without a solid team of other professionals committed to doing the right thing - and we're just getting started!

We have decided that in order to protect client-to-advisor ratio, Beth Williams will only be working with 100 clients. We want to make sure she's available you and committed to returning calls/emails/texts within 24 hours. Dear Clients,

I know this is a period of transition, and I want to be transparent about recent changes that may affect your accounts.

Over the past 14 months, I (Beth) have conducted extensive due diligence to identify a team of professionals who operate under a fiduciary model, with a focus on acting in clients’ best interests. My commitment remains unchanged: to provide objective guidance and uphold high professional and ethical standards. I'm happy to state that team is established and we'd be honored to have you as a client.

At times, 2025 felt like an extraordinary year for stock investors. From tariff uncertainty to international tensions to drama at the Fed, 2025 felt like no other year before. But in hindsight, 2025 was pretty ordinary. In fact, from a volatility perspective, there was nothing special about 2025 at all. In fact, through November, there were three drops of five percent and one drop of more than 20 percent. Both numbers generally line up with historical trends.

As of 12/22/2025, Tim will no longer be associated with me professionally. This was a business decision and out of respect for privacy for Tim, I will not elaborate further.

I know this news is likely abrupt for many of you, and I apologize for that. It was abrupt for me as well. I have consistently thought about your needs throughout this process and will continue to keep those needs and concerns top of mind.

With that, I want you to know that nothing is changing for you. Your accounts, service levels, distributions and our planning process will continue without interruption. My commitment to you remains the same: to provide clear guidance, prompt communication, and a long-term focus on your financial goals.

Candidly, I don’t know the details of Tim’s next steps, so I won’t speculate.

Again, there is no action needed from you. It’s business as usual over here and all is well. I am available to you - as I always have been - and look forward to serving you for decades to come. I am in the process of rebranding and exploring options on how better to serve you going forward. More to come and I’m very excited about the future. I really do love this job – you make it a joy.
