What is Cost of Goods Sold (COGS)? 💰
COGS = the direct costs it takes to create your product or service.
Think:
• Materials
• Inventory
• Direct labor (if applicable)
• Production costs
👉 If you sell a product — this is what it costs you to make or buy it.
👉 If you provide a service — this can include costs directly tied to delivering that service.
What’s NOT COGS?

Why it matters:
