Summer Fridays are in full swing, and we're excited to continue highlighting how our team is spending their Fridays off!

This week, we're featuring Michael Van Sant, one of our Senior Tax Accountants. Michael put his Summer Friday to good use by running a 5K and finishing 6th place out of 136 participants! 🏅👏

As a reminder, our offices are closed every Friday through Labor Day, giving our staff the opportunity to relax and enjoy some summer fun after another successful tax season.

Today, we're kicking off another "Meet the Team Tuesday" by introducing one of our Summer Interns!

Please join us as we introduce Julia, who is interning with our Audit Team this summer. Julia is a rising senior at West Chester University, where she is pursuing a degree in Accounting with a minor in Business Analysis.

Julia previously interned with us during this past semester during tax season, and we are thrilled to have her back with the team for the summer.

We're excited to continue supporting Julia as she grows professionally and gains valuable hands-on experience in the accounting field. Welcome back, Julia! We're so happy to have you with us! 🎉

ATTENTION!! 🚨 We are excited to announce that today is our last Friday open for the summer, as Summer Fridays will officially begin on May 29th and continue through Labor Day!

This past Friday, our team had the honor of attending and sponsoring the annual Breakthrough Breakfast hosted by the Women’s Resource Center at The Philadelphia Country Club.

The event brought together community leaders, supporters, and advocates to celebrate the impactful work being done to empower and support women throughout our region. We are proud to support organizations like the Women’s Resource Center and their continued commitment to providing resources, guidance, and opportunities to women and girls in our community.

BGA&F is no longer the new kids on the block! This week, the PGA Championship came to Aronimink Golf Club, located right down the street from our Newtown Square office. With so much excitement surrounding the championship, our Managing Partner Bill Gowie and Firm Partner Dave Fultz enjoyed spending Championship Sunday at the course with their families.

It was a great opportunity to experience such a major event right here in our local community and take part in the excitement that the championship brought to the Philadelphia area. We always enjoy seeing our region host these major events especially during our 250th year! ⛳

Today, we’re taking a look back at one of our office’s favorite traditions of the year - our annual BGAF Phillies Night Out! Earlier last month, following the official end of tax season, our entire team headed to the ballpark to enjoy an evening filled with great company, plenty of ballpark food, and lots of fun cheering on the Philadelphia Phillies together.

This event is one of the many ways we thank our staff for their constant hard work and dedication throughout our busy season. We are incredibly grateful for the effort our team puts in year after year, and we are proud to celebrate another successful season together.
