2025 1099 Filing

Please note that payments for Rent, Interest Paid, or Non-Employee Compensation (such as commissions, fees, custom work, vet services, physicians, attorneys, etc.) of more than $600 to an individual or partnership (not a corporation) will require that you file a 1099. Non-Employee Compensation are required to be reported on Form 1099-NEC. All other payments such as Rent, Royalties, Other Income, Gross Proceeds paid to an attorney, Interest, etc. will continue to be reported on Form 1099-MISC.

The due date to file your 1099 forms is January 31, 2026. As such, we ask that you provide your 1099 information to us no later than January 20, 2026.

2026 the threshold will increase to $2,000

UPDATE:

BOI e-Filing Alert: Please note that beneficial ownership information reporting requirements have been affected by a recent federal court order. The Department of the Treasury is appealing that order. In the meantime, reporting companies are not currently required to file a BOIR and are not subject to liability if they fail to do so while the applicable order remains in force.
However, reporting companies may still opt to file a BOIR.
