To give you a little background about me...I am a father of three kids - a son and identical twin daughters and happily married for over fifteen years. Some of my hobbies include spending time with my family, taking trips, hosting gatherings with friends and family, cigars and volleyball. I worked as a manager in the automotive world for 18 years, led a team of 45 employees successfully at the top
of my company, but left it all behind to change careers into the MOST rewarding field at Northwestern Mutual back in 2011. To give you a personal view of my passion for my work, I share a couple of personal examples with you...
Long before I joined the field of finance, I saw the importance of insurance and urged my father to purchase life insurance. He listened, thankfully, to his then twenty-something son. Later, my father was diagnosed with leukemia and lost his battle several years ago. However, the insurance he purchased before he got sick provided my mother the option to retire early and enjoy her grandchildren instead of worrying about working to pay a mortgage. Another personal note...being the father of twin girls who decided to join us in this world at only 25 weeks gestation...putting my wife in the hospital for nearly a month...without disability coverage exposed us to both a financial and emotional roller coaster that we faced unexpectedly. No one knows what tomorrow holds for any of us. Being prepared, having our financial health, our financial house in order is a step we each can make. I look forward to the opportunity of meeting you.
