It has been an honor and pleasure working with all of my clients over the last 16 years! I am, however, writing today to let you know that K&L Accounting will be closing. I will have office hours until October 31. Starting November 1, I will be finishing up business remotely. Temporary Office Assistant/Tax Preparer

Work schedule will be approximately 32-40 hours per week from late January through mid April.
Monday through Friday hours, no weekends.

Duties/Responsibilities:
• Serves as the receptionist for the office, greeting visitors and customers.
• Performs clerical duties including typing, filing, and completion of simple forms.
• Operates office machines including copiers, scanners, personal computers, and other standard office equipment.
• Answers phones, directs calls to appropriate individuals, and prepares messages.
• Manages calendars and schedules appointments.
• Collection and data entry of tax return information.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Experience with tax preparation, bookkeeping or payroll a plus. Pay is commensurate with experience.
Must be willing to sign a confidentiality agreement.
