Intuit released a statement on August 15, 2026, announcing that it would not be sunsetting verson 2024 in May 2027, which will mark its third year on the market.

Historically, Intuit has supported QuickBooks Desktop versions on a three-year lifecycle, sunsetting support at the end of the third year.

But with the announcement some time ago that QuickBooks Desktop version 2024 would be the final Desktop product offered, many may have surmised, even worried, that Desktop would no longer be supported after May 2027.

We’re excited to share a simple but impactful improvement to the QuickBooks Online mobile app: the ability to view reports!

It's simple it is to access your key reports when you’re on the go:

1️⃣ Open the QuickBooks Online mobile app
2️⃣ Navigate to Menu in the bottom ribbon
3️⃣ Click Reports
4️⃣ Find the report you’d like to view directly below: Profit & loss, Balance sheet, or Custom reports.

Beyond viewing line item totals, you can drill down into each account to see what transactions are influencing the total.
