Every major innovation—from railroads to the internet to automation—was met with fear and uncertainty. And now, it’s happening again with AI.

There are real questions:
Will it replace jobs?
Will it change industries?

Probably.

But progress has a track record of creating more opportunity than it destroys—it just doesn’t always feel that way in the moment.

We tend to focus on the risks… and underestimate the possibilities.
