2023 Tax Calendar & some important dates:

January 23, 2023 – Tax filing season begins. The IRS will officially begin accepting and processing tax returns for 2022.

January 31. 2023– All businesses must give annual information to recipients. Such as, 1099-NEC, other 1099 forms, W-2s, Cash payments, Dividends, Interest, Rent, Royalties, Prizes and awards.

February 28, 2023 – All businesses must file information returns. Such as your 1096.

March 15, 2023 – Partnerships and S-Corporations (form 1065) must file your tax return, and K-1 forms to Partner’s. This would be the date to request an automatic 6-month extension as well.

The big day TAX DAY – Tuesday, April 18, 2023 – This is the last day to file your 2022 tax return on time. This is also the day to file an automatic 6-month extension.

October 16, 2023 – This is your day if you filed an automatic 6-months extension to file your income tax on time.

According to the IRS most refunds will be issued within 21 days when filed electronically and direct deposit is elected. After filing your can track your refund at where’s my refund on IRS.Gov or download de IRS2GO mobile app. Reach out if you need help with your taxes. it’s tax time!
