An estate plan is a set of legal documents that map out your wishes once you pass away. In a sense, it's a pre - programmed GPS that will give you direction to where your estate should go and to who. Not only do these documents protect your assets and your wealth, but protects your loved ones and your legacy!
Ask yourself these questions:
Do you have a current plan if something were to happen to you or your spouse?
Who would be the Legal Guardian for minor children?
Who could make medical or financial decisions for you if you are unable?
Do you have a plan in place for your home in the event of illness or death?
What happens to the business if you aren't able to run the business?
