3rd Annual Female Empowerment Scholarship
Who is entitled to apply for the Female Empowerment Scholarship?
Desetto Enterprises, LTD. would like to give back to the Mahopac/Carmel community by empowering a young female to reach for the stars and know that the only limits she may have is the ability to dream on a larger scale. This scholarship is being offered to one Mahopac High School female or one Carmel High School female, aged 16 to 19 years old who is a strong minded and strong-willed female with a ready to take on the world attitude.
What does she need to qualify for the Female Empowerment Scholarship?
This scholarship is being offered to either a student who plans on attending college with a plan to create, build and run their own business or to a student who may not want to attend college but already has a business plan and is in the process of creating their own business. With this scholarship we are hoping to increase the social, emotional and economic strength within all females. We want to empower their own confidences and capabilities. We believe a female should be free from the control of others and live life on her own terms and conditions without reservations and without retribution from others.
The winner of the scholarship is expected to utilize the money for, but not limited to, the creation of a business website, domain name registration, logo creation, product development or whatever their specific schooling or business expense needs may be.

How and when does the Female Empowerment Scholarship get paid?
The winner of the Female Empowerment Scholarship will be announced on July 15, 2023 on the home page of www.TheMainHustle.com. The winner will also be personally and privately contacted. Payout of the $500 will occur within 7-10 business days following the announcement of the winning recipient.
