IT'S THAT TIME AGAIN!!

WE HAVE ALREADY STARTED ISSUING REFUNDS!!

IRS has announced that the tax season will officially start on Monday, Jan. 26, 2026 BUT why wait? As soon as you receive all your tax documents, you can come into our office and apply for an EASY ADVANCE.

• Forms W-2 from your employer(s)

• Proof of your dependent's residency dated from 2025 with the child's name and address. Examples: school, medical, daycare, social service agency, landlord etc.

• Form 1099-K, 1099-MISC, 1099-NEC, or other income statement if you worked in the gig economy

• Forms 1099 from banks, issuing agencies, and other payers, including unemployment compensation, dividends, distributions from a pension, annuity, or retirement plan

• Form 1099-INT if you were paid interest

• Form 1095-A, Health Insurance Marketplace Statement

• Other income documents and records of virtual currency
transactions

⚠️Don't forget if you had Overtime or Tip income you will need your last paycheck stub or statement from employer if those amounts are not on your W2's

⚠️ If you purchased a NEW vehicle in 2025 please remember to bring your VIN number & a statement from your loan provider with the amount of interest you paid in 2025.

New Car Loan Interest Deduction Qualifications Checklist

□ Your annual modified adjusted gross income (MAGI) is under $100,000 (or $200,000 for joint filers). The deduction phases out as income rises.
□ Interest must be paid on a loan that originated after December 31, 2024.
□ You are the first owner of the vehicle.
□ The vehicle must be for personal use, not for business or commercial purposes.
□ The loan is secured by a lien on the vehicle.
□ The vehicle is a car, minivan, van, SUV, pick-up truck, or motorcycle with a gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) of less than 14,000 pounds.
□ The vehicle’s final assembly occurred in the United States.

If you meet all of the criteria, you may be able to claim the deduction.

If you qualify for this deduction you will need the vehicles VIN number and form 1098/statement from your lender.
