How we began....
Lutz & Associates Certified Public Accountants, Inc. was formed in December of 2016. Ray Lutz had the opportunity to purchase an existing accounting firm (Franklin Accounting) and continue offering clients he had been working with the same services.
We are a small firm that values the relationships we develop with our new and existing clients. Our mission is to help our clients file correct tax documents and give guidance to keep their tax liabilities at the minimum required. We pride ourselves on timeliness and accuracy.
We also help with business start up and consulting for the already existing businesses. The proper set up and start up documentation filing when starting a new business venture is key to reducing compliance costs in the future.
Our services also include monthly bookkeeping, compilations, payroll, payroll taxes, and financial statement reviews. We give our clients the level of service they need to be successful.
