It’s Tax Day!! I would like to thank everyone of my clients for trusting me with your taxes. I appreciate all the referrals as well. It was another great tax season. Also, tax season has been extended for Kentuckians until November 3rd. However, I will be taking two weeks off to reset. Starting the week of the 28th of april I will be doing appointments only. I will not be in the office unless it’s for an appointment. Thanks again and have a blessed day. ✌🏻

The deadline for filing and making payments has been extended to Nov 3rd 2025 for Kentucky residents. That includes federal and state filing. I will be available after april 15th to file taxes if you choose to wait, but it will be by appointment only. My office will not be open regular hours after april 15th. Thank you and please share!

KY-2025-02, Feb. 24, 2025 — The Internal Revenue Service announced today tax relief for individuals and businesses in the entire state of Kentucky affected by severe storms, straight-line winds, flooding, and landslides that began on Feb. 14, 2025.

I just wanted to let everyone know that when you book your appointment using the book button on this page that I do see the request. Facebook is slowly taking away the appointment option on Facebook for businesses. So now I’m no longer able to respond with confirmation. So both you and I don’t see it in the messenger any longer. However when you request the appointment, just know that the appointment is booked for the time you selected! Thanks and please share!

It’s that time of tax season where I’m getting booked up a few days out. Pretty soon it will be a week or so out. So if you want an appointment soon you need to book now. If you are wanting to drop off or email me your stuff then please know I have a week or so turn around time. I also have several people calling my cell phone to make appointments which is ok but I may not be able to answer at the moment. Energy Efficient Home Improvement Credit

These expenses may qualify if they meet requirements detailed on energy.gov:

Exterior doors, windows, skylights and insulation materials
Central air conditioners, water heaters, furnaces, boilers and heat pumps
Biomass stoves and boilers
Home energy audits
The amount of the credit you can take is a percentage of the total improvement expenses in the year of installation:

2022: 30%, up to a lifetime maximum of $500
2023 through 2032: 30%, up to a maximum of $1,200 (heat pumps, biomass stoves and boilers have a separate annual credit limit of $2,000), no lifetime limit
