Hi Clients and Friends, anyone know someone wanting to adopt a cat, please check out 's Furry Friends of Pa, they are overwhelmed with cats, and adoption cost is reduced this month. Won't you consider giving a cat a loving home. This Rescue goes above and beyond to help area cats, so please consider them.

As each year the deadline is extended.

The filing deadline for the Property Tax/Rent Rebate program has been officially extended to December 31, 2026. This ensures that eligible seniors, widows and widowers, and those with disabilities have the time they need to apply for a rebate on property taxes or rent paid in 2025.

Rebates will start going out on July 1. So I had two cases so far and wanted to share in case others also received and didn’t contact me. This has been posted on several groups I belong to with tax professionals. So guess it’s a common issue this year. It’s not spam.
