This is a reminder that the Kentucky Secretary of State annual renewal due date is June 30, 2024.
All businesses registered in Kentucky must file an annual report each year and pay a $15 renewal fee. This can be done online at the following website:https://web.sos.ky.gov/bussearchnprofile/search.aspx. Then search for your business name, and follow instructions on the website to renew. If you have multiple businesses, you will have to renew each one separately.

Annual reports must be filed as soon as possible or risk having your business entity administratively dissolved by the state, and it is costly to be reinstated.
