🚨 Surprising IRS statistic for 2026…

Did you know that nearly 11 MILLION Americans still file their tax returns on paper every year?
Out of roughly 165+ million tax returns, about 6% are still mailed in manually — which means slower processing, higher error risk, and delayed refunds.

In today’s AI and digital world, that number honestly shocked us.

Paper returns can take weeks longer to process and often require manual handling, while e-filed returns are processed much faster and more securely.

At All My Taxes, we are helping individuals, startups, and high-income professionals move fully digital with:
✔️ AI-powered tax preparation
✔️ Secure e-filing in all 50 states
✔️ Faster refunds & smarter tax strategy
✔️ Support for business + individual taxation

📊 The future of tax is paperless, AI-assisted, and strategic — not reactive.
If you’re still filing on paper… it might be time to upgrade.

📢 Tax Update Series: The New 1% International Transfer Tax

We want to make you aware of an important new federal requirement taking effect January 1, 2026, as outlined by the IRS.

🔍 What’s Changing?
A new U.S. law requires a 1% federal tax on money transfers sent outside the United States when the payment is made in cash or cash-equivalent instruments (such as money orders or cashier’s checks).

This tax is mandated by the federal government, and all money transfer providers will be required to collect it at the time of the transaction.

🌍 Who is Affected?
Anyone sending money from the U.S. to another country using:

Cash

Money orders

Cashier’s checks

Other cash-equivalent payment methods

Transfers paid by bank account, debit card, or electronic methods may not be subject to the 1% tax, depending on how the IRS finalizes the rule.

📌 Why This Matters
If you regularly send money abroad to family or for business, you’ll start seeing this 1% tax added to your transfer cost beginning 2026.

We stay on top of IRS updates so you don’t have to.

📢 Tax Update #3 — OBBBA Bonus Depreciation Explained

The One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA) just introduced one of the most powerful tax advantages we’ve seen in years: permanent 100% bonus depreciation for qualified property acquired and placed in service after January 19, 2025. This is a major win for taxpayers planning equipment, vehicle, or business asset purchases.

What this means for you:

✅ Full 100% bonus depreciation is back — The old phase-out rules under TCJA no longer apply for assets purchased after Jan 19, 2025.
⚙️ More flexibility for tax planning — OBBBA allows optional transition elections so you can choose lower depreciation rates (40% or 60%) when strategic—especially helpful for managing NOLs (Net Operating Loss) or smoothing income.

At All My Taxes, we stay ahead of every update so our clients get the most optimized tax strategies. If you had major purchases in 2025, now is the time to structure them correctly.

BIG BEAUTIFUL BILL UPDATE #1 — TIP DEDUCTION

The IRS has confirmed in its One Big Beautiful Bill provisions that starting with the 2025 tax year, workers in tipped occupations may qualify for a new federal deduction on “qualified tips.”

Employees and self-employed individuals can deduct up to $25,000 of eligible tips per year, with the deduction phasing out at higher income levels. You must still report all tips, but this new rule can significantly reduce your taxable income. More IRS guidance is being released as implementation begins for 2025–2028.
