Corporate Tax Returns are due Tuesday, March 15, 2011. Tax returns on extension are due Thursday, September 15, 2011

The IRS has delayed the processing of some returns until after February 14, 2011. We can still prepare your return prior to that date; however, the return cannot be submitted to nor will it be accepted by the IRS prior to that date. Other Services offered by our office: Notary, Prepaid Legal Referral, Form 1099 preparation, small business and personal accounting, IRS and state audit representation; non-profit return preparation; business entity formation, sales and use tax returns.
