Types of debt that bankruptcy can't eliminate
Reaffirmed Debt- Reaffirmation is a type of agreement a debtor makes with a lender to repay some or all of a debt despite going through bankruptcy proceedings.
Court Fines- If you've been given a magistrates' court fine it's important you pay it. If you don't, the court can: take the money from your wages or benefits.
Maintenance Payment- payment received under or pursuant to any maintenance arrangement that may be prescribed
Student loan- loan designed to help students pay for post-secondary education and the associated fees, such as tuition, books and supplies, and living expenses. The interest rate may be substantially lower and the repayment schedule may be deferred while the student is still in school.
