Knowledge and Skills: Excellent customer service and communication skills (written and oral), extensive knowledge of QuickBooks and/or Sage50, bank reconciliations, payroll and payroll tax preparation (940, 941, etc.), knowledge of payroll regulations, gross receipts tax preparation, reconciliation and review of GL, preparation of financial statements, preparation of Form W-2 and For 1099, preparation of other schedules, account analyses, and worksheets as requested, proficiency with Excel, MS Outlook, Word, ability to multi-task in a professional and courteous manner, legally authorized to work in the U.S, background check will be required.

Education: Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting desired, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience: Minimum five years of charge bookkeeping experience for a variety of business entities at a CPA firm preferred.

Hours: This is a part-time or full-time position.
