Still smiling after an unforgettable Roadmap Retreat with the Leading Light Accountancy team ✨

We worked hard and dreamed big — aligning not just our business goals, but also our personal visions for the future. From strategic planning sessions to beach walks, hilarious roasts, and heartfelt moments, this retreat was everything we needed and more.

We played games, shared amazing food, gave out fun awards, and reconnected with why we do what we do. Most importantly, we reset our vision for who we want to be — as a team and as a support for our community.

Who says accountants can’t have fun? We took a break from crunching numbers to soak up some sun and smiles at our recent headshot day in the park! 😎💼

Wendy made the whole experience so relaxed and enjoyable — but we might be a little biased… she also happens to be our amazing Client Relations Manager here at the firm. 😉
