New requirement update!
Beginning January 1, 2024, new businesses will have 90 days to report ownership information to FinCen.Gov. Existing businesses will have until the end of 2024 to report ownership information. There are hefty fines for not complying, so do not get caught unaware of this new requirement!

FinCEN has prepared the following Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) in response to inquiries received relating to the Beneficial Ownership Information Reporting Rule.
