You can have a busy month, send plenty of invoices, and still feel tight on cash.

Why? Because earning the money and receiving it can happen weeks apart. Meanwhile, rent, software, supplies, and payroll have their own due dates.

Knowing what you’re owed is useful. Knowing when it’s likely to arrive helps you plan. Take a look at your unpaid invoices alongside your upcoming bills so the timing doesn’t catch you by surprise.

Was the dramatic “NEEEEEED” necessary? Absolutely. 😉

Here’s the less dramatic truth: at some point, keeping track of everything in your head stops working. You need a clear view of what’s happening in your business and someone you feel comfortable asking when a number doesn’t make sense.

That’s the kind of support I want business owners to have. You’re still the one making the decisions. You should have information you can trust when you make them.

You weren't supposed to become an expert at everything just because you started a business.

You already have your expertise.

Your clients hire you because of what you know.

So why shouldn't you do the same?
