Happy Wednesday, everyone. ๐ฟ
You may have noticed Iโve been away for the last few days. Iโve been spending time with my family as we navigate the loss of a loved one. During times like these, "Wonderful Wednesday" feels a bit differentโit becomes about gratitude for the moments we have and the support systems that hold us up. Thank you all for your patience and kind thoughts while I was offline.
As I step back into the office, Iโm reminded that one of the best ways to reduce stress during lifeโs unpredictable moments is to have our "house in order." Since we are in the thick of tax season, I wanted to share a few tips to make your preparation feel less like a chore and more like a win:
๐๐ป๐๐ "๐ถ๐๐-๐ญ๐๐๐
๐๐" ๐น๐๐๐: Don't let documents scatter. Designate one physical folder (or one digital desktop folder) for every 1099, W-2, or receipt that arrives. If it's in the folder, it's off your mind.

๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐ซ๐๐
๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ฌ๐๐๐๐: Whether itโs home office expenses or charitable giving, list them now so you aren't scrambling for proof on April 14th.
๐๐ฎ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐ฎ๐๐๐๐: If youโre feeling overwhelmed by the paperwork, take it in 15-minute chunks. You don't have to finish it all in one sitting.
Life moves fast, and it can be heavy. Taking the "tax weight" off your shoulders early gives you more room to focus on what truly matters.
