As an employer, be very aware of anyone aggressively pitching ERC. I know there are a lot of pop up companies advertising and cold calling. Work with your existing accountant or payroll provider to guide you if you have questions or think you may be eligible. Unfortunately, I believe some employers may have committed fraud unknowingly due to these pop up companies.
