Position: Seasonal Tax Preparer
Type: Permanent Seasonal Position (Every Tax Season)
Location: Livonia, MI

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Seasonal Tax Preparer to join our team during tax season. This is a recurring seasonal role-perfect for someone who enjoys working intensively during the busy season each year and wants to return annually. This is an in office position, not looking for remote workers.

Responsibilities:
* Prepare and review individual income tax returns (Form 1040 and related schedules)
* Assist with small business income tax returns as needed
* Ensure accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
* Communicate with clients to gather required information and answer basic tax- related questions
* Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information
Qualifications:
* Previous experience preparing income tax returns required
* Familiar with Ultra Tax software a plus (not required)
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment during peak season
