Owning property is only half the equation — understanding its performance is where the real value lies.

Here are 5 essential financial reports every real estate investor or property owner should review regularly:
1. Income Statement (P&L)
Shows whether your property is generating profit or running at a loss. Breaks down revenue, operating expenses, and net income.
