Thanks to those of you that "liked" my site. I'll be using this site to teach the principles of wealth building for retirement planning that schools don't teach and most people don't follow because they don't have access to the education. My purpose in life is to resolve/improve the following numbers. According the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, of those that enter the workforce at age 15 - 25, at 40 to 50 years later, 62% are broke, they don't have $5,000 in savings. 28% are dead. Think about that for a moment. 90% of our population, in the richest country in the world, after a life time of work are either dead or dead broke. Which is the most tragic in your mind, being dead or dead broke? Additionally, 5% have continued to work or have re entered the work force, learning new skills like being able to say "Welcome to Walmart" or "Do you want fries with that?" only 4% are financially fit and 1% is wealthy. And, again, this is not in some third world country in South America, Africa, the Orient or in Arkansas or West Virginia alone, but in the land of USA!! People are being taught to use the WRONG retirement investment vehicle, such as 401k's. IRA's, Simple IRA's, 403b's, 457's. They are not being told the reason they must start early to save. they are not being taught that the #1 rule is to save 10% from every dollar earned, and the #2 rule is to keep the money safe, ie, tolerate no loss. Nada, zero. I want to help employers, big and small to set up a retirement plan that has no fees to set up nor to maintain, that will provide more income for retirement than any of the plans I mentioned above. In fact, the best plan produces 200% to 400% more income than those above.
