Federal Tax Filing Deadline Extended to July 15

Treasury Secretary Mnuchin announced today that the U.S. tax filing deadline will be extended to July 15. We’re sure CPAs will have questions, such as upcoming quarterly payments and other issues. As more guidance comes out, we will share it.

There is still no definitive word about the New Jersey tax filing deadline. We are hopeful the New Jersey Division of Taxation will follow the IRS’ lead as they’ve done in the past.
