Effective January 1st 2024 - a BOI (Beneficial Ownership Information) filing is required for every person who owns or manages LLC. LLC created before 1/1/2024 can be filed by 1/1/2025 but LLCs CREATED IN 2024 MUST FILE 90 days within organization. Violators are subject to a civil penalty of up to $500 per day!!
