Many of you were fortunate enough to meet Turan Hirji, our intern that has been with us for the last year. As you might know, Turan is a complete overachiever who also is a registered CPA and is the owner of the local CPA firm Hirji CPA LLC.

Last Fall, I had the complete honor of swearing in Turan in as one of the newest members of the Texas State Bar. We were so impressed with Turan that I am very happy to share that he has agreed to step into the role us as"Of Counsel" at KMDA.Turan will continue to assist with any transactional business, particularly that have tax consequences.

KMDA has continued to strive to bring additional expertise to the team in areas that we don't necessarily specialize in. The hope is that when you bring your business to KMDA, we will not have to refer you out as different issues (such as tax and insurance questions) come up in your business.
