These Ladies are Payroll Processing Heroes. During our recent Winter Storm, when many businesses had to close, these ladies missed NOT ONE…NONE…0…processing of payrolls for our clients. Of the hundreds and hundreds of employees that depend upon these ladies for their payroll checks, EVERY SINGLE ONE received theirs promptly and on time. They met, prepared in advance, developed plans, worked around their own family needs, and made sure it would happen. In addition, they processed thousands of W-2 Forms, Payroll Tax Returns, 1099s, etc., which were all submitted on time and by the due date. This is Dedication. This is Commitment. This is Loyalty. Important Information: For our clients accustomed to receiving federal income tax refunds, be aware the IRS has phased out Paper Refund Checks beginning with the 2026 filing season for 2025 tax returns. If you were one of the 7% of taxpayers who received a paper refund check last year, be sure to provide your banking information to your preparer in order to receive your refund for this filing year. There are very few exceptions. This may also apply to payments to the IRS as well. Please see the IRS guidance at https://www.irs.gov/newsroom/irs-to-phase-out-paper-tax-refund-checks-starting-with-individual-taxpayers for detailed information.

IR-2025-94, Sept. 23, 2025 — The Internal Revenue Service, working with the U.S. Department of the Treasury, today announced that paper tax refund checks for individual taxpayers will be phased out beginning on Sept. 30, 2025, as required by Executive Order 14247, to the extent permitted by law.
