This year has been such an instrumental year for me and my family. From running into tax and accounting conferences and speaking at some, to full re-brand and website change during tax season , to fast growth in my firm and scrambling to find help, to moving to Las Vegas and hugging bye to our kiddos, friends and family, to adjusting to new empty-nesting life and realizing that I now don’t need to buy in bulk.

As I sit here reflecting on this year, I’ve realized that this year has been PACKED. So many major changes all happening one after another and figuring it all out along the way.

I don’t have it all figured it out yet, but I am working on it. I’m extremely thankful for all my clients that have been with me since the beginning, having patience and grace with me while I got our life and business together.

There is so much more that I am working on. And now that I’m more settled in LV, I can’t wait to work on it and reveal it to you all.

I’m sending you a little reminder to pause for a moment, take in your present memories, and breathe it all in. These moments are short, but these moments can count and become lifelong memories that puts a smile on your face.

I wish you all an incredible holiday season, full of delicious food, tummy tickling joy, and belly aching laughs.

🏛️ IRS Operations Update

Due to the current government funding lapse, the IRS is operating with limited services — but tax law remains fully in effect.

Here’s what taxpayers need to know:
✅ You must still file and pay taxes as usual.
💰 Refunds will continue only for error-free, electronically filed returns with direct deposit.
☎️ Phone support is limited and all in-person appointments are paused until the government reopens.
💻 The IRS will still accept electronic and mailed payments and continue preparing for the 2026 filing season.
