🛡️ Qué es la Tutela Temporal y por qué es importante?**

En Nevada, la **Tutela Temporal** o **Poder Notarial para un menor** permite que una persona de confianza pueda tomar decisiones legales por tus hijos si tú no puedes hacerlo, especialmente en emergencias.

👩‍👧 Esta persona puede:

* Inscribir a tu hijo en la escuela
* Llevarlo al médico
* Cuidarlo legalmente

Si no tienes este documento, el estado podría enviar a tus hijos a cuidado temporal (foster care), separándolos de su familia y seres queridos.

Es mejor prepararse y nunca necesitarlo que necesitarlo y no prepararse

✅*¿Cómo Funciona?

1. Elige a una persona de confianza que sea **ciudadano o residente legal**, mayor de 18 años.
2. Llena el formulario de **tutela temporal** o **poder notarial** (¡te ayudamos!).
3. **Firma y notariza** el documento para que sea válido.
4. **Informa a la escuela y cuidadores** sobre tu plan.
