Businesses that were created BEFORE 12/31/23 your Beneficial Ownership Information Report isn't due to be filed until 1/1/25. Please stop letting these folks scare y'all with penalties and trick you out of your money.

Half of these ppl saying they can do it for you just found out about it 3 seconds ago. They also probably don't have business insurance because there are some insurances that won't cover the professional filing this report and possibly considered unauthorized practice of law.

Now if you decide to create a new business
from today and moving forward you will have 90 days to get this report filed. The penalties are only if you Willfully don't file. Y'all please be mindful of who you are dealing with and who you are listening to.

Ask your CPA or consult a business advisor.
