The IRS has made Identity Protection Pins eligible to everybody. In the past, they were only available to those that had their identities compromised, or when fraudulent returns were filed in their names. If you opt in, you will be provided a Pin # every year, & will need it in order to file your tax returns.

With the new July 15th tax deadline looming, & vacations planned during the first half of July, we have been contacting past clients that have not yet filed their 2019 tax returns to schedule appointments ASAP. If you still have to file, please get an appointment scheduled or get your paperwork to us by June 19th if you'd like to ensure your returns are filed by the deadline.

Our office has been open throughout the pandemic. We are wearing masks with clients & scheduling meetings/pickups appropriately to limit the number of people in the office at one time. We are diligently cleaning surfaces on a daily basis, as well as after every client visit, have hand sanitizer readily available, & pens are one-time use. We have also been flexible with clients needs by accepting documents through email, mail or drop offs, & having conversations by phone.

Now hiring seasonal employee. We are looking for an administrative assistant available to work 35-40 hours per week from present day through April.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, reviewing & packaging tax returns (training provided), light bookkeeping (Quickbooks experience preferred), answering phones, tracking appointments, and managing client traffic within office.
