We are a small tax practice, giving personalized attention to our clients tax situation. We prepare tax returns: personal, small businesses (Schedule C, S Corp, Partnership), nonprofits, others, and we do tax consulting.
Michael, MBA and Enrolled Agent (who also passed his 4 CPA exams) has over ten years tax experience, including with IRS audits, and took over 260 hours of tax continuing education in the last 10 years. He was previously a small business owner for over 20 years, responsible for the accounting and tax function.
