📢 Important Update For the 2025 Tax Season 📢

We want to share some important updates regarding our staffing and how we’ll be serving you this year.

We know many of you received a letter around Thanksgiving mentioning that Miki and Nancy would be available this season. While that was our sincere plan at the time, circumstances have evolved over the last several weeks, and we want to be as transparent as possible about our current operations.

Staffing Updates:
🔹Nancy informed us in early January that she will not be returning for this season.
🔹As of January 30th, Miki and Edith are no longer with the firm.

Please know that these decisions were not made lightly.

📋How to Work With Us This Year:
Currently, we do not have a tax preparer physically stationed at the Grayslake office. However, we are fully prepared to handle your returns through our proven virtual process that we use to serve clients all over the country.

💻 Virtual Collaboration: Work with us via our secure client portal and virtual meetings from the comfort of your home.
📂 Document Drop-Off: Grayslake reception remains open for physical document drop-offs from 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM, Monday through Friday. We will then finalize your return digitally.

We appreciate your patience as we navigate these changes.
Our goal remains the same: Bringing the same high level of service the clients of Keeley Accounting have come to expect.

❔Questions about the virtual process?
Reach out via our usual phone number or email and we’ll be happy to help you get started in the portal!
