Entrance: Please use the 105N Lakeshore door.
Waiting Area: Staff will greet and assist you during all business hours.
Secure Portal: Email file submissions are no longer accepted. You’ll receive a secure portal link when scheduling.
Privacy & Comfort: Updated cubicles and streamlined processes.
Expanded Services: Advisory support, remote bookkeeping, and CPA expertise.
What hasn’t changed: Our dedicated preparers (Dennis, Glen, Shirley and Diane) and phone number: 651-345-4536.

Watch out for a scam email that may read, ‘Notification of IRS Audit & Investigation.’ The email may direct you to download a “secure” file (in some cases via sites like Cognito Forms) and submit documentation, but in fact the link leads to a fraudulent site that may steal your data or install malware.
