Still thinking about the conversations from the Monarch Conference with The Brock-Wilson Center and Purdue University Women in Business.

Getting to speak to young women about money, mindset, and ambition filled my cup in the best way.

We talked about:
How credit actually works (and why you don’t need to carry a balance to build it)
The psychology of money (because behavior matters more than brilliance)
Atomic habits and how tiny daily decisions shape your future
Time management and protecting your focus in a distracted world
How to evaluate job offers beyond salary: retirement match, health benefits, PTO, flexibility
And why starting a side hustle in college isn’t about getting rich… it’s about building confidence

The biggest takeaway? These women don’t lack ambition. They’re thoughtful, driven, and asking smart questions about how to build careers and lives that align with their values.

As a business owner, mom of four, and someone wired as an Enneagram 3, I know the pull to achieve. But I also know that success without intention leads to burnout. That’s why I’m so passionate about teaching women to start early... with systems, habits, and financial clarity that create freedom instead of pressure.

On Saturday, we had the privilege of connecting with nine incredible moms to talk about money, mindset, and building strong financial foundations for their families.
