Office hours are
Monday - Friday 8:00 am- 5:00 pm
Saturday 10:00 am - 3:00 pm
Sunday we are closed

It’s that time of year again!!!

Letters were sent out and should be arriving any day now!

The office will be open starting on Monday January 15th.

We changed our hours a little this year.
Monday - Friday 8-5
Saturday 9-2
Sunday we will be closed

We understand with work/family schedules their might be some of you that need special accommodations on appointment times; please just call the office at 765-864-0684 and we will do our best to accommodate you!
