Construction update!! 🔨

The walls are up!

After installing the subfloors, Beal Construction worked in this summer heat to get out walls up! We can’t wait to see the next steps of the project!

Building update! 🔨🧱

With the plaster from the walls removed, we are able to get on to the rebuild!

Currently,
Beal Construction cleaned each individual brick and is now putting in new subfloors. We will be able to get walls up very soon!

Demolition is a go! 🔨🚧

We’re deep into the first stages of our renovation process!

Beneath the previous structure, we’ve discovered some fun old murals and original Victorian pressed tin ceiling tiles. (Both of which are pictured below!)
