During this time, our hearts and thoughts go out to all of those that are affected by the virus and the economy.
We have instituted the following policies for the safety of our staff and clients during this time:
-We have created secure drop off and pickup procedures. Simply give us a call if you're in the area, and a team member will buzz you in remotely and instruct you where to leave or retrieve documents. If you have a specific time, day or night, we will issue you a one-time use code that will open the door and deactivate the alarm for the lobby temporarily. (Please do not enter other rooms, the alarm WILL sound)
-We have installed a locked mailbox system for small documents, such as checks or signature pages. We check this regularly, and you do not need to call to use this.
-We have adjusted our cameras to strategically view inside and outside of the office, as well as to be able to communicate once you're inside.
-We are still allowing in person appointments in the case of an emergency. If approved, we will utilize the conference room and maintain commonly accepted social distancing practices.
-Under a new law that went into effect in January, we are working to become a remote notary. This will allow us to use the latest in technology to certify your documents.
-We support a range of conferencing app. Let us know your favorite, and if we don't currently support it, we will be happy to learn.
-We support and are capable of supporting several secure file systems. We were one of the first firms in the area to create our own independently hosted cloud systems almost a decade ago.
-We are helping our clients with PPP for free. We currently are unable to help non-clients with PPP, but are happy to answer general questions. This is due to SBA regulations.
