OOPS!!! Its 2019 now and time for the renewed 1913 taxes to taken. Yes 1913 was the year we needed money for WWl so Calvn C. decided to pass an amendment to the Constitution (XVI) to pay for the war which is still going on today (Loong War!!). However we must support our Government someway (Tariffs!!)..LOTS OF CHANGES in 2018 so if you owe taxes and they seem extreme contact us. Welcome back..2018 has a real treat in store for you. The Standard deduction for married filing jointly is $24,000. So unless you have over $24,000 in authorized deductions (Schedule A) just take the standard deduction and get a much larger refund this year.

Have any dependents going to school? Did they receive a 1098T from the school? Are you paying over 51% of their support? Are they living either at home or at the school? If you answer yes to all you may be able to claim them as your dependent (s)!!!!! Even if they worked we can still process them so they may apply for a refund of all if not most of any money they have paid the IRS and still be claimed as your dependent. This is NOT tax EVASION its called Tax AVOIDANCE, What's the difference? Tax EVASION IS "ILLEGAL" and Tax AVOIDANCE is totally "LEGAL".
