If you answered yes, be aware, the United States Treasury has initiated a report to establish the ownership of all American companies. You will have to have a BOI Report (Beneficial Ownership Information Report) filed prior to December 31st 2024. ATTENTION TAX CLIENTS....If you use your vehicle and utilize the deduction for mileage please note the following. The IRS is increasing the standard mileage rate for business travel from 58.5¢ to 62.5¢ for the second half of 2022 — July 1st through December 31. Therefore please take note of this mid-year incremental increase and carefully document your miles for the latter part of this year!

Hi friends!!!! Just wanted to post a few updates:)
1. The IRS has has extended the filing deadline until May 17th.
2. We have no information pertaining to stimulus payments or how they will or will not process. If you haven't received yours yet... we have no answers as to when you will.
3. If you have already filed your taxes and had unemployment on which you had to pay taxes, you Do Not need to ammend your taxes, the IRS will address your over payment once they have a program in place.
