If you have not picked up your returns, if I am waiting on signatures and/or payment, please do so TODAY or MONDAY at the latest. Returns will not be filed if payment has not been received. I am closed on Sunday. Deb and I are here until 4:00 today

Update!
We are still running about a week out on drop offs, as they keep coming in! If you are planning to drop off, your documents must be received by April 1st in order to ensure they are completed by the deadline of April 15th.
Appointment availability is limited for the rest of the season, so if you need to schedule a sit down appointment please call as soon as possible.

Please check your email /voicemail in case we have left messages about missing information needed to complete your returns.

If your returns are complete we would apprecuate you coming in to sign and pick them up!
Friday afternoons and Saturday 9-4 are good times to come in, as Deb is here as well.

Update on drop offs - we are currently working on returns that came in last Wednesday, Feb 19th. I also have several sit down appointments every day, so we are doing the best we can - it’s is about quality, not quantity here at PTS. Keep in mind there can be up to 20 drop offs that come in on any given day and February is the busiest time, so please allow at least a week for preparation of your return. Also, please check your email and messages for questions or information we may be missing so we can get an accurate return complete.

Happy Friday! It has been a busy week here at PTS getting caught up and rescheduled from my hospital visit last week and we are making progress thanks to Deb's extra hours!
I believe we are currently working on drop offs that came in last weekend, so if yours came in then, you should be hearing from us soon. I still have appointments scheduled, so am working on the drop offs in between.
If you have any questions or need to schedule an appointment (currently booking into the week of March 10th), tomorrow (Saturday) would be a good time to call since Deb will be here as well. Otherwise, you can email me to get on the schedule.

Hi everyone! First of all I'd like to say thank you to all who reached out, called, checked in......I appreciate your concern!
And of course Deb for jumping in to try to keep things in order while I was out.
I am still playing catchup - full schedule with appointments that were rescheduled from last week, as well as (last count anyway) about 60 drops offs. Those are completed in the order they come in unless we are missing info, then we will move on to the next. So please be sure I have everything before you drop it off.
Plan on at least a week and a half before I can get it done. Again, if you need it done sooner, you can certainly pick up your documents and go somewhere else to have them prepared. I completely understand if you do! I am doing my best to get caught up and Deb is actually working extra here in addition to her other full time job, so please be patient with us!!
Appointments are booking into first week of March, I am not scheduling any evening appointments after 4, (unless you were pre scheduled), but there are plenty of Saturday slots left before the deadline. Email is the best way to reach me when Deb is not here, I try to check that regularly between appointments.

Update! I am back home and going to ease back into working so I don’t end up back in the hospital. I appreciate your concerns and patience at this time. I will be in the office tomorrow as well as Deb if you need to call. Some of you have already rescheduled but if we have missed a call or email, please reach out either tomorrow or Monday. Please stay safe and healthy - doctors and nurses have said there are many respiratory illnesses going around, so take care of yourselves too! We still have 2 months to file taxes! Plenty of time to get things done!

Just wanted to update my clients who are not aware, but I was hospitalized on Tuesday with pneumonia and am hoping to be discharged tomorrow. Deb has been amazingly helpful with cancelling appointments, taking in drop offs, returning calls, etc, all while having a full time job elsewhere!
I will do my best to get back on track when I get home, but will absolutely understand if you are in a hurry to get your returns completed and want to go elsewhere to get them done. Deb is able to do everything but sign and transmit, so those things can only be done with me there.
I appreciate your patience and understanding and will be back at work as soon as possible.

Also, if you have not yet picked up your completed returns, please schedule a pick up time as soon as possible! Payment must be received before returns are e-filed.

Last week of February update!
I am still running at least a week out on drop offs. This past week I think we have had about 50 come in, and are getting to them as we are able to in between appointments. I appreciate your patience.

Just a couple reminders!
Please remember to include form 1099SA - HSA distributions, if you have used any of your HSA funds to pay medical bills. This is a reportable distribution so we must include it!

Also, my business line is a landline, so is not able to receive texts. I have had a couple people say they "texted" something to that number. I am not sure where those texts go (?), but I do not receive any notifications.

Lastly, As much as I am grateful for all your past referrals (it is how I got to where I am today), I am really NOT taking on any new clients.
